2049 Meetinghouse Way, West Barnstable, MA 02668
The West Parish Memorial Foundation was incorporated by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1950 with it's primary endeavor to preserve the West Parish Meetinghouse in the Town of Barnstable as an historical memorial of early America and Americans.
While the Congregationalists continue to have an active congregation and meet regularly on Sunday mornings, the West Parish Memorial Foundation
has for fifty years, continued its ongoing effort to maintain this early Meetinghouse (circa 1717). The Foundation has recently spearheaded an effort in the last three years to provide cultural and literary programs for the community.
Please look to the Events and Programs section of the website to
learn about special events and meetings of the membership. Everyone is welcome to join the Foundation and the Trustees encourage those of you
in West Barnstable and the broader community to take an active role in supporting the continuing efforts to keep the Meetinghouse in pristine condition and open to the public.
